All sales at Gloomwave Studios are final. Each painting is a one-of-a-kind, handmade original created by artist Raven James, and for that reason, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Please review all product photos, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing to ensure you’re completely in love with your chosen piece.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and packaging. I will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Every painting is crafted by hand and may include natural variations in color, texture, or finish — these are part of the creative process and add to the uniqueness of each artwork.
