Thank you for supporting Gloomwave Studios and my original art. Each painting is handmade with care by artist Raven James and packaged securely to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing. Because each painting is unique and often requires multiple resin coats, additional drying or curing time may occasionally extend this window. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the artwork.
All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Gloomwave Studios is not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items once an order has been shipped. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the artwork. I will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
International Shipping
At this time, Gloomwave Studios primarily ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact me directly before purchasing to discuss available options and rates.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Gloomwave Studios cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
