2. Products and Artistic Integrity
All paintings and products listed on this website are handmade, original works of art created by Raven James. Due to the nature of handmade art, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are not defects but unique details of each piece.
All photos and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. However, I cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Gloomwave Studios reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes stated on each product listing. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Gloomwave Studios is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages during transit, but I will assist with filing claims through the shipping carrier when possible.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final.
Because each painting is a one-of-a-kind, handmade original, returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted once an order is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you with a carrier claim.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Raven James / Gloomwave Studios.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any images, products, or written content from this website without express written permission.
7. Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through this website is governed by the Privacy Policy. Personal details such as name, address, and payment information are collected solely for order processing and communication purposes and will never be sold or shared.
8. Limitation of Liability
